Kelly Parcher Maid of Honor	Kelly is Amber’s little sister and best friend. She is a fellow TCU graduate and now works in account management at BNSF Railways in Fort Worth, Texas. She’s a proud season ticket holder for the Horned Frogs football team and is–according to Amber–the best maid of honor in the universe and just as excited as Amber and Jeff for the wedding!
Halley Willcox Bridesmaid	Halley and Amber have been friends since the early days at TCU. An Austin native who knows just   about every nook and cranny of the Texas capital, Halley majored in dance at TCU. She now teaches dance and Pilates as well as dances professionally in Kansas City, Mo., where she lives with her husband, Zachery.
Morgan Phillips Bridesmaid	Morgan is Amber’s soon-to-be sister and Jeff’s little sister. The youngest of the Phillips family, she is a sophomore at the University of Colorado in Boulder, where she studies dance and dance therapy AND dances on the CU Buffs dance team. Amber hopes Morgan can teach Jeff and Amber how to dance by June 1!
Laure Fabrega Bridesmaid	Laure has known Jeff and Amber since the couple met at a summer political career program at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. She witnessed the two fall in love, and together, they were the three musketeers! Laure is a French ex-pat who now calls DC her home, where she is a senior aide for a congressman from Florida.
Kelly Rand Bridesmaid	Kelly is another one of Amber’s best friends from TCU. The Kansas City-native studied social work and now lives in Fort Worth, where she works with with a team of social workers that do street outreach with the unsheltered homeless community in the Dallas/Forth Worth area. Amber thinks Kelly is gifted at making the world a better place.
Jessica Wailes Bridesmaid	Jessica has been best friends with Jeff since the two studied together at University of Denver and spent their vacations back home in Massachusetts, where they both grew up. Jess now lives in Boston, where she is a marketing consultant for breweries and is working on her own company combing her two loves, beer and music.
Matt Phillips Best Man	Matt is Jeff’s little brother. He is finishing up his undergraduate degree at the University of San Francisco and working with an start-up tech company in San Francisco that he hopes will become the next big thing. Jeff and Amber are honored to have Matt be such a big part of their wedding day.
Mike Cassesso Groomsman	Mike and Jeff first met in Washington, DC, where they bonded over their love of the Red Sox and Guinness.  Jeff helped Mike start his career in politics and now Mike works on the nation’s most competitive U.S. Senate races. He is a Boston-area native (with the accent to prove it) and got engaged to his fiance, MaiLien, the day after Jeff proposed to Amber.
Kyle Shaw Groomsman	Kyle is one of Jeff’s oldest childhood friends. The Phillips and Shaw families go back to days in diapers on the Cape, but now Kyle and Jeff are groomsmen at each other’s weddings. Kyle is an elementary school teacher and owner of a surf camp company. He lives in Scitute, Ma., with his beautiful wife, Katie, and newborn son, Curren.
John Lapides Groomsman	John and Jeff have been friends since the beginning and 26 years later have been known to break out the old Power Ranger toys from time to time. Jeff will never let John forget that he is only six months younger but an entire grade behind Jeff. John lives in Boston, not too far from Jeff and Amber.
Tim Harvey Groomsman	Tim and Jeff were roommates during their freshman year at the University of Denver, and after sleeping too close to each other for one year, they’ve been close ever since. Jeff also convinced Tim to follow in his footsteps by going around the world on a cruise ship with Semester at Sea for a study abroad program. Tim works with startup companies and is pursuing his Master’s of Engineering Management at CU-Boulder.
Brian Titterington Groomsman	Brian Titterington and Jeff have been friends since their early days at the University of Denver, and Brian was adopted into the Phillips family when he lived with them in Chatham during the summer of 2006. Brian married his beautiful wife, Paula, in 2010 (Jeff was a groomsman), and they currently reside outside of San Francisco.
Brendan Collins Snow Usher	Jeff, Amber and Brendan trace their roots back to the summer of 2007 at Georgetown, where Jeff and Amber first met. Brendan Snow is an entrepreneur in finance, having just launched his own company and just bought a home in Maryland with his beautiful girlfriend, Puja.
Andrew Leahy Usher	Andrew Leahy is a Foreign Service Officer in the U.S. Department of State. He is currently stationed in Burma.  He met Jeff while working in the United States Senate, where Jeff was renowned for having better hair than most senators and infamous for eating Andrew’s cupcake.
Jerry Chandler Officiant	Jerry lives with his beautiful wife, Mary, in Dallas, though the Chandlers have been family friends with the Parchers for more than a decade while the families lived in Austin. (They went to the same church and co-owned a sailboat on Lake Travis together). Jerry was ordained in 1969, but the main reason Amber asked Jerry to marry her and Jeff is because the Chandlers have long been her source of spiritual guidance, unconditional love and support. Mary says–and Amber agrees–that Amber is their adopted daughter! Amber and Jeff feel so blessed to have Jerry officiate this special day.
Ella, Caroline and Kate Davis Flower Girls	Ella, Caroline and Kate are the beautiful daughters of Amber’s cousin, Melissa Davis. They live with their family in Redwood City, California, and love riding their grandma’s (Amber’s aunt’s) horses, just like Amber and Kelly did during their childhood visits to California.
